They eliminate the causes of diseases, strengthen the immune system and are completely safe. Thanks to the knowledge taken from folk medicine, you will learn what effect home antibiotics have on health.

Garlic

Its action is stronger even than penicillin. This vegetable prevents and cures many diseases, including, for example, flu, tonsillitis or the common cold. The best effect is found in raw garlic, which should be crushed so that the sulfur derivatives are transformed into allicin – a bactericidal compound.

It lowers blood pressure, fights viral respiratory infections and prevents bloating. It is also valued for stimulating the immune system to fight cancer cells. Garlic tincture, in turn, will bring relief to people suffering from rheumatic pains.

Honey

Fresh honey owes its healing properties to such substances as apidicine, inhibin or hydrogen peroxide. It also contains acetylcholine, which improves efficiency and heart function. It fights streptococci, anthrax bacilli and pathogenic fungi. Buckwheat, honeydew and lime honeysuckle are among the healthiest honeysuckles. The first one is recommended especially for pregnant women, people suffering from hypertension and diabetes.

The consumption of honeydew honey will be a good solution in the case of respiratory infections, liver diseases as well as constipation. On the other hand, lime honey has strong cough suppressant, antipyretic and antibacterial properties

Lemon

Contains a great deal of vitamin C, so it is commonly used to boost immunity – especially during the fall and winter to prevent viral and bacterial infections. Unfortunately, it is most often added to tea. This is a mistake because lemon loses its healing properties when exposed to such high temperatures. Lemon contains a strong oxidant, limonene, with anticancer properties. As an alkaline product, it helps to maintain the acid-base balance of the body.

Ginger

It contains over 160 medicinal substances, including resinous substances (zinferon, gingerol) and essential oils (zingiberene, zingiberol). Thanks to them it has a very strong antiviral, antibacterial and strengthening effect. This spice fights many pathogens, including those of the species Campylobacter, Salmonella and Listeria. Their neutralization prevents intestinal and gastritis and food poisoning.

The use of ginger is recommended especially for bacterial infections of the digestive system. In addition, it soothes muscle and joint pains, warms up the body and has sudorific properties. It is most often used to prepare ginger ale.

Turmeric

It is also known as yellow ginger or saffron. This spice contains a compound called curcumin. It speeds up the healing of scars and wounds, relieves pain associated with menstruation and treats stomach ailments. It also provides relief from liver obstruction, parasitic diseases, respiratory diseases and inflammation.

Turmeric is used as an ingredient in many medicines, such as those for liver failure, digestive disorders, and pancreatic dysfunction. It is believed to be used in the future for eye diseases, stroke and Alzheimer’s disease.
